Our Italian and Sicilian Menu in Budapest,
Discover our Italian and Sicilian menu, inspired by tradition, regional flavours and the creativity of the 1980s. Classic recipes are reinterpreted in a lighter, more creative way, while the flavours of different Italian regions remain at the heart of our cuisine.
In collaboration with chef Vincenzo Manzella and owner Salvo Sgroi, the Vintage Menu – The ’80s Collection was created: a gastronomic journey dedicated to the iconic dishes of a vibrant generation that helped shape modern Italian cuisine.
We have combined these dishes with our Gourmet Menu, creating an elegant selection rooted in Italian and Sicilian traditions.

Obviously 100% of our raw material comes from Sicily and other regions of Italy.
